About

Hi, I’m Stephanie.

Starting counseling can feel like a big step. Maybe you’re overwhelmed, navigating a major transition, struggling with anxiety or depression, or simply trying to figure out what comes next. Whatever brought you here, I want you to know that you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I created I’m Able Counseling because I believe people are capable of more than they sometimes realize—especially during the seasons when life feels uncertain or difficult.

My goal is to create a counseling space where you can be honest, feel heard, and work toward meaningful change without feeling judged. I work with teens, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment concerns, and life transitions.

As a counselor, I take a compassionate and practical approach to therapy. For clients who desire it, I also incorporate biblical principles and faith into the counseling process, creating space to explore both emotional well-being and spiritual growth.

I don’t believe counseling is about telling you what you should do. It’s about walking alongside you, helping you understand where you are, identifying where you want to go, and finding realistic steps to help you get there.

You are capable. You are not alone. And you don’t have to figure out every step at once.

I’m glad you’re here.
